Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided).

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order is shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. RK Selections LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
